Fox Island, June 2-4, 2007

My photography club (The Alaska Society of Outdoor and Nature Photographers) held a three day workshop on Fox Island this year in Resurrection Bay. We took the Kenai Fjord Tour boat to the island and settled in our rooms.

I photographed Colleen from our ship as we passed by. She was taking a kayak class this weekend. She's the kayak on the far left I think.

I was trying my hand at macro, something I'm not very good at yet. This is a droplet on a Spruce needle.

A small lake behind the lodge inspired me to take this photo.

Others in my group took advantage of the low tide.
