Seldovia, AK
My friend Joe goes to Seldovia every Spring so he invited Colleen and I to join him. The snow was melting fast, the forecast was decent, plus this is one of my favorite coastal towns so how could I refuse!
Homer Spit is world famous for Eagle Viewing. I photographed this one from the road. Homer is home to Alaska's wooden boat festival so there is plenty of boat art for us photographers. Loading up the "Innertube" for the 15 mile voyage to Seldovia. We stopped along the way to catch our limit of Halibut. We didn't want to go hungary. Colleen lands another tasty Chicken. Good job Colleen! We stopped at Outside beach to stretch our legs and let our dog run around.
