Prince William Sound Fishing Trip
July 12 - July 22, 2002

Some of my friends joined us for the weekend. Here's Tim and Brad holding up a nice stringer of Reds.

OK, It's our turn to pose.

Our next stop was a beautiful lake called Shrode Lake. There are hiking trails to this lake from two different bays. Here you can see some float planes at a small cabin. There are still a few patches of snow around. This lake was frozen until mid June. The lake has some Dolly Varden.

Further down the coast we stopped at Jack Pot Bay. What a beautiful river! It has a series of lakes connected with rivers. Salmon run these rivers but we were too early.

The river isn't very deep so you can easily wade up it.

We weren't having any luck finding fish.
